Text Snippets

  • you can’t go any farther without falling.
  • center message box
  • if i get at least 100 likes then i will make a new one. also, thanks to littleoswald for the template that i used to make this!
  • includes: explorable world, accurate map, 8 directions, realistic objects and huge plain.
  • travel instructions
  • Change me if you like.
  • x and y coordinates
  • click me for recommendations on where to go!
  • the stone paths lead you to seven places: the pig muck, sandy beach, misty forest, lake kismat, snowy mountains, the volcano, and lake peppermint. each is a fun place to visit. make sure to check them all out!
  • also: can you find the seven gold stars throughout the map?
  • v change text of travel brochure here v
  • you were whirled back to 0x, 0y.
  • here are some instructions to help you with the system:
  • ▪️can i change how fast the character moves?
  • 🔴 yes, it’s really easy. go to the stage and change the walkspeed variable
  • to whatever speed you like. the game will adjust automatically.
  • ▪️how do i add in objects to the board?
  • 🔴 add in your object, placing it somewhere within -5100 to 5100x and -3800 to 3800y.
  • 🔴 put in these scripts: (one is moving, other is realistic 3d layers)
  • 🔴 you may need to change the walkspeed due to lag
  • 🔴 test to see if it looks good. if it does, your finished! if not, adjust the x, y and size until you see it fit.
  • 🔴 for the “respawn” message and start position, set the x and y to the object’s x and y when the field is at (0x 0y)
  • this may require some logic and math skills.
  • ▪️how do i change the looks?
  • 🔴 this part is easy. just go into the things you want to change
  • and change them.
  • 🔴 don’t change the size of anything, however.
  • 🔴 it may mess up the map and stage.
  • ▪️what else should i know?
  • 🔴 don’t mess with the code. everything will go haywire.
  • 🔴 don’t change the size of the field at all. it will ruin the map.
  • 🔴 you can change the border text (in stage) but not the code (in the field).
  • 🔴 the music can be changed or removed in the stage.
  • 🔴 the coordinate bar is planned out good enough. don’t change it.
  • 🔴 when drawing on the field, make sure it covers the entire canvas.
  • 🔴 please do not delete the welcome sign (object 1). you can change it’s dialog text in it’s code.
  • okay, you now have everything you need to know.
  • enjoy, and please give credit.
