In Support of Schools Facing Health-related Closure

Dear friends:

At Tynker, we’re concerned about the impact the COVID-19 coronavirus is having on students and educators. Therefore, as the global leader in computer coding education in schools, we’d like to do our part to help.

If your school or district is planning a closure for preventative health-related reasons, please complete this form to get full access to the entire Tynker curriculum and platform at no cost. This will give you and your students access to our self-paced, on-demand courses until May 2020, but we will happily extend this offer until your school reopens.

In addition to our existing free online professional development, we will be running a series of webinars to train teachers on how to use Tynker in a remote learning environment. Please visit our training page for details and schedules.

If you know of other schools or districts that may be affected, please feel share this message with them. This offer is available to all Pre-K to Grade 12 schools. And, of course, thank you to all the schools that are currently premium subscribers of Tynker, without whom this offer wouldn’t be possible.

You can get ideas on distance learning and setting up virtual classrooms at our blog post Remote Learning: Teach Online with Tynker

On behalf of the entire Tynker community, we thank you for what you do every day.

Best regards,

Krishna Vedati
