Minecraft ItemBones are items dropped by skeletons upon death or found inside desert / jungle temples which are used in the crafting of bonemeal and can also be used to tame wolves . This will take on average three bones but can take up to five.Bones can also be used to create bonemeal. It can be used to accelerate the growth of plants (usually takes 2 or 3 to fully grow a tree ), as well as instantly growing mushrooms to the size found in Mushroom Island Biomes or rarely in Forests.
