Class Showcase | Tynker

The Water Cycle

We are excited about our first Tynkerers! We have been working for 2 weeks on learning Tynker and this is our first finished project.

I provided the initial background and the "actors" (raindrops), however they completed all the movements, added sounds and text by themselves.

Some of the skills incorporated into this project are:

  • Math - decimal manipulation, graphing, sequential ordering, time
  • Science - knowledge of the water cycle.
  • Language Arts - communication/teamwork, written descriptions of cycle
  • Computer Science - methods, triggers, while(), wait(), sequencing

    • They (we) can't wait for their next project to start!
