Matt Thinks Everyone Should Code!<\/h1>\n

Matt hails from Virginia and is in 6th grade. He\u2019s twelve years old, and his hobbies include playing games like Roblox or Minecraft, coding, and playing with his dog. We loved his game\u00a0\u201cSadness Invasion,\u201d so we wanted to get to know him better, and learn why he codes!<\/p>\n

\"matt\"What are your favorite subjects in school?<\/strong> My favorite subject is science, and my second favorite would be math.<\/p>\n

What do you want to be when you grow up?<\/strong> Probably an engineer or a computer scientist.<\/p>\n

How did you get introduced to Tynker?<\/strong> I just found out about coding at one point and got really interested in it, and I kind of started learning about it on my own.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite feature in Tynker?<\/strong> I really like how easy it makes it for you to actually code something.<\/p>\n

Is there anything you want to make but don\u2019t know how to yet?<\/strong> Not yet. I\u2019ve pretty much figured a way through most of the problems I\u2019ve gotten so far, so it\u2019s pretty good.<\/p>\n

What do you do with a project when you\u2019re done with it?<\/strong> I usually play with it first a couple times, show someone, then I publish it if I like it a lot.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite thing you\u2019ve made?<\/strong> It\u2019s probably Sadness Invasion. Enemies are coming in from the right and you have to hit them with the missile and you get points for that. I thought that was pretty cool.<\/p>\n\n\n
