We&#8217;ve created some fun new\u00a0coding projects for your students to try for Valentine&#8217;s Day. Whether your students are new to coding or are already pros, they&#8217;ll enjoy creatively coding their own projects and games for the occasion. All our activities have step-by-step instructions that make it easy for kids\u00a0to build and customize the projects.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning students can start by building\u00a0&#8220;On Cloud Nine&#8221; an awesome platformer game to reunite Codey with his sweetheart\u00a0Recursula. After this, students can code &#8220;Valentine&#8217;s Card,&#8221; a fun interactive card for a friend or family member.\u00a0For an extra challenge, students can try &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tynker.com\/blog\/spread-the-love-valentines-day-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spread the Love<\/a>,&#8221; another\u00a0very popular Valentine&#8217;s Day coding activity.<\/p>\n<h3>On Cloud Nine (Beginner)<\/h3>\n<p>Use the arrow keys to navigate Codey through the platforms and get to Recursula. He&#8217;ll need to use power-ups to shrink and grow to get to the end. Students start with a partially completed game that they need to debug to make it winnable!<\/p>\n\n<!-- iframe plugin v.6.0 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"\/ide\/embedded?p=58794f49af9231c95d8b492a&#038;controls=yes&#038;autostart=no\" height=\"350\" width=\"100%\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"sf-button large accent standard \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tynker.com\/ide\/?p=58939687af923150098b47a6\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"text\">Start Tutorial<\/span><\/a>\n<h3>Valentine&#8217;s Card (Intermediate)<\/h3>\n<p>Students can create their own custom animations to make\u00a0a sweet note for a parent or friend. They&#8217;ll choose someone in their life and customize the\u00a0card for that person.
