My teacher at school taught us about Tynker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you look at the Tynker community projects?<\/strong> Yes, I like the way everyone makes projects and shares them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s your favorite feature in Tynker?<\/strong> I don\u2019t really know. I like it all!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you planning to make next?<\/strong> I\u2019m working on a special game where I drew a little blob and you choose a color and you choose a name for it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you do with a project when you\u2019re done with it?&nbsp;<\/strong>I usually show projects to my family when I\u2019m done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your favorite thing you\u2019ve made?<\/strong> Probably \u201cHow To Draw A Fox.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<!-- iframe plugin v.6.0 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"\/ide\/embedded?p=5752830c65e4f2f3138b4567&#038;controls=yes&#038;autostart=no\" height=\"300\" width=\"100%\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p><strong>Why do you like to code?<\/strong> Because it\u2019s quite fun and I like that, when you finish a project, you have the satisfaction of seeing&nbsp;what you\u2019ve already made.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you think other kids should try coding?<\/strong> Yes, because it\u2019s really fun and it\u2019s a really good experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What advice would you give for kids starting out with Tynker?<\/strong> Don\u2019t try anything too tricky immediately.&nbsp;When I first started coding, I tried to do harder things like other people were doing but I ended up deleting them because they were really wrong. I suggest starting from simpler stuff.<\/p>\n<p>Eithne&#8217;s mother Heather says she loves that Eithne is able to learn to code because it&#8217;s an opportunity she never had. According to Heather, coding is important for kids to learn because &#8220;how things work has gotten lost over a couple generations and it\u2019s good for [kids]&nbsp;to understand how computers and how devices work.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks so much for talking to us, Eithne!
