Now, more than ever, educators are reaching out to us asking how they can connect with other coding educators in their area. While we are working on many new ways to build the Tynker Community, one of the best methods is to bring educators together under a common conversation. For that, Twitter works like magic.

On March 13th, we’ll be hosting our first Twitter Chat: #TynkerChat. So, what are we going to talk about? Will this be about Tynker? While Tynker might come up occasionally, our goal is to unite educators through a common conversational question.

What is the mission of #TynkerChat?

Let’s put it in the form of a question: are we adequately preparing students for an unknown future? And can we, through community and sharing, make this unknown “known?” Our goal with #TynkerChat is to elevate the conversation about making sure that when our students leave school, they have the skills to thrive.

When is #TynkerChat?

#TynkerChat will be every Monday of every month, starting March 13th. 7pm EST /4pm PST
