Why do you like to code? When I got an Xbox 360 I got a game for it, and I wondered how it was made! I wanted to make one, too.
Do you think other kids should try coding? Yes! It would be fun and they would learn about how to make games.
What advice would you give to kids starting out with Tynker? Have fun and let your imagination fly!
When we asked Ellie’s mother Jess how she feels about Ellie learning to code, she told us she thinks “it’s great to learn it!” She brought up a great point, saying, “I think it’s just great because when I was younger, we didn’t have a fun way [to learn]!” Jess has seen coding enhance Ellie’s creativity.
Thanks for speaking with us, Ellie and Jess. We’re excited to see your fairy-tale project, Ellie – happy coding!
