8 Awesome Winter and Holiday Projects Made by Kids
Happy holidays from your friends at Tynker! This past month, we’ve seen so many amazing winter-themed coding games, Christmas Minecraft skins and items, and holiday remixes–all made by kids! Here are some of our favorites.
Christmas Unicorn Maker: Dress up your unicorn for the holidays! Choose a sweater, a festive horn, different colors and styles of tails, and more!
Skiing: Celebrate the snowy season by going skiing on this treacherous slope. Jump to avoid the rocks in your path. This awesome project was made by 4th grader (and Tynker superstar) Julian.
Christmas Lights Draw: Draw on the tree to produce strings of Christmas lights! This fun project was made by ten-year-old Layla.
Decorate the tree!: Decorate your very own virtual tree by changing the ornament color, adding presents, and choosing a special item for the top of your tree.
These four Minecraft items, blocks, and skins were made using Tynker’s free modding tools. You can remix the Christmas block, Christmas girl skin, Christmas pup wolf, and Santa lucky block, then easily upload them to your Minecraft game to play in a holiday-themed world!
